revert(home): restore preferred hero headline per user request

- H1 恢复为「让每一家企业都拥有数据驱动的决策能力」（seed + 兜底默认同步）
- db:seed 已生效，首页 curl 实测渲染确认
- 视觉基线三端（home + 深浅主题）更新
